📝Services Offered
We provide general

🏡Service Areas
We service Central and Greater Sydney, including (but not limited to) Sydney CBD, Pyrmont, Glebe, Redfern, Parramatta, Ryde, Strathfield, Canterbury, and Wentworth Point. If you’re unsure if we service your area, please get in touch.
💬Quotes and Bookings
Quotes: All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Bookings: A booking is confirmed once a client accepts a quote in writing or verbally.
Changes to Accepted Quotes: Any client-requested changes after accepting a quote may incur a variation fee of 10% of the total job cost.
Permits and Approvals: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, clients are responsible for obtaining any required approvals or permits.

💵Pricing and Payments
Call-Out Fees: No call-out fees apply for suburbs we regularly service. A travel fee may apply for areas outside our regular zones and will be communicated upfront.
Hourly Rates: Certain jobs may be charged at an hourly rate, to be confirmed before commencement.
Payments: Payment is due upon job completion unless prior arrangements are made. Late payments may incur fees.
Ownership of Materials: All materials supplied remain the property of iWill Handyman and Computer Services until paid for in full.
❌Cancellations and 🔁Rescheduling
Client Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Provider Cancellations: We may reschedule jobs due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, access issues, or supply delays. Clients will be notified promptly.
🛡️Warranties and Liability
Workmanship: We guarantee workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.
Materials: Materials are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Unforeseen Issues: If hidden problems (e.g. structural issues, asbestos, water damage) are discovered, work will pause and a revised quote will be provided.
Delays: We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including weather, access restrictions, or material shortages.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
🔑Site Access and 🧾Client Responsibilities

📸Photography and 📣Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for marketing purposes. If you prefer we do not photograph or share your project, please let us know in writing.

📄Insurance
We hold current Public Liability Insurance and take reasonable precautions to protect your property while on site.
🤝Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or an appropriate tribunal.

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and protect your information.
📜Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
